The Cuisine

Our standout dish, the Esarn Tuna, elevates the flavors of the classic larb dish to a whole new level. Meanwhile, our Moo Ping Bo Larn reinvents locally beloved BBQ pork, turning a street food favorite into fine dining.

The Nam Tok Nuae Yang is a must, each bite bursting with rich flavors. Plus, we also hold a special place for our Crispy Pork Belly, Bai Cha Muang, Ceylon Spinach, Thai Crab and Betel Leaf Curry, all served with kaffir lime.
